We're looking for a new product Marketing Director to join Liberty Growth, our $3bn investment portfolio of fast-growing businesses in content, tech, and infrastructure. You'll own how a new product comes to life – from brand foundations through to acquisition engine.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll shape how we bring a new product to market: defining who we're talking to, what we're saying, and making sure it converts.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thinks in brand and performance, gets energy from new technology, and has the digital‑native instincts to know what works before the budget gets spent.

What You'll Own

• Go-to-market strategy and MVP launch
• Brand development, positioning, and messaging
• Customer acquisition across digital and offline channels: paid, organic, social, search
• CAC optimisation, attribution, and performance reportingBuilding AI-powered marketing workflows, from creative production and audience targeting to performance analysis and reporting
• Agency and stakeholder management

What We're Looking For

• Creative, high-energy, and genuinely passionate about technology and AI
• An AI-native approach: you already use AI tools day-to-day and understand how they're reshaping acquisition, creative, and analytics
• End-to-end digital marketing experience, ideally in a digital-native business
• Strong brand sensibility alongside genuine performance marketing fluency
• Proven ability to launch new products or thrive in high-growth, early-stage environments
• Background in consumer apps, fintech, subscription, or DTC a plus
• A self-starter who sees what needs doing and gets on with it
