Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (4+ PQE London | Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 4+ PQE Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a highly regarded, top-tier London construction practice.

This role sits within a nationally and internationally recognised construction team advising on complex, high-value development and infrastructure projects across a broad range of sectors.

The Role

You will advise on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including:

Drafting and negotiating building contracts (JCT, NEC and bespoke forms) Professional appointments and collateral warranties Development agreements Project documentation and risk allocation Supporting major real estate, finance and infrastructure transactions

Clients include leading developers, funders, contractors, institutional investors and major corporates, both domestically and internationally.

About You

4+ years’ PQE with strong non-contentious construction experience Solid training from a recognised construction team Experience advising on complex development or infrastructure projects Commercially astute with strong drafting and negotiation skills Confident working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
