Job Description
Non-Contentious Construction Associate with 2-6 years’ PQE sought for Top 30 International Firm
The Opportunity
Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Construction Associate to join their London Real Estate team.
This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure to high-profile development and property projects. You will work closely with a collaborative team and have the opportunity to advise on matters that are both technically challenging and commercially significant.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising clients on all aspects of construction law, from drafting bespoke contracts to negotiating amendments Providing guidance on construction elements of leases, facility agreements, and related documentation Supporting clients through procurement, tendering, and public-sector processes Offering pragmatic and commercially focused advice that reflects current market practices Collaborating with colleagues across Real Estate, residential, commercial, and landed estates matters

Requirements
2-6 years’ PQE, from a reputable firm Majority of this experience spent in a reputable non-contentious construction team Strong academic background Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building
