Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (4+ PQE London | Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 4+ PQE Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a highly regarded, top-tier London construction practice.

This role sits within a nationally and internationally recognised construction team advising on complex, high-value development and infrastructure projects across a broad range of sectors.

The Role

You will advise on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating building contracts (JCT, NEC and bespoke forms)
• Professional appointments and collateral warranties
• Development agreements
• Project documentation and risk allocation
• Supporting major real estate, finance and infrastructure transactions

Clients include leading developers, funders, contractors, institutional investors and major corporates, both domestically and internationally.

About You

• 4+ years’ PQE with strong non-contentious construction experience
• Solid training from a recognised construction team
• Experience advising on complex development or infrastructure projects
• Commercially astute with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Confident working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
