Non-Contentious Construction Associate with 2-6 years’ PQE sought for Top 30 International Firm


The Opportunity


Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Construction Associate to join their London Real Estate team.


This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure to high-profile development and property projects. You will work closely with a collaborative team and have the opportunity to advise on matters that are both technically challenging and commercially significant.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of construction law, from drafting bespoke contracts to negotiating amendments
  • Providing guidance on construction elements of leases, facility agreements, and related documentation
  • Supporting clients through procurement, tendering, and public-sector processes
  • Offering pragmatic and commercially focused advice that reflects current market practices
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Real Estate, residential, commercial, and landed estates matters

Requirements


  • 2-6 years’ PQE, from a reputable firm
  • Majority of this experience spent in a reputable non-contentious construction team
  • Strong academic background
  • Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
  • Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building
