Health and Safety Advisor

Band 6 (£41,608 - £50,702 pro rata per annum)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the NHS Grampian Corporate Health and Safety Team. We are seeking a competent health and safety professional with a relevant degree and either a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience in a health and safety role and be proactive and enthusiastic about promoting a positive health and safety culture.

Although based on the Foresterhill Campus, candidates must possess a full driving licence as travel to other locations will be required. Working hours are 18.5 per week, typically during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. The exact pattern will be discussed and agreed upon, considering service needs. Some aspects of the role may involve home working.

The advert closes on 5^th August 2025, with interviews scheduled for 19^th August 2025 in person. The position may close early if sufficient applications are received.

This is a fixed-term position until 27^th February 2026. Secondments require prior support from your Line Manager.
