Nursery Manager Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) Location: Northolt Job Type: Full-time, 7:30am-6pm We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new nursery in Northolt, set to open in September. We are looking for a hands-on Nursery Manager who will be actively involved in the day-to-day activities and the overall management of the nursery. This role is idea for someone who prefers direct engagements with staff and children over administrative duties. Day-to-day of the role: Must be open to the pre-Ofsted registration Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children Lead and manage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality childcare and education Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or a similar role in early years education Hands-on experience with Nursery and Early Years and a minimum Level 3 in Early Years Strong Leadership skills Ready to build a nursery from the ground up Knowledge of early years education and childcare regulations Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holidays
