Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery group branch in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire (WD3). This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and confident leader to take ownership of a high-quality early years setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and effective operations Lead, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding early years care and education Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulations Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community Monitor and enhance curriculum delivery in line with the EYFS framework Manage staffing, resources, and budgets efficiently Requirements: Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable) Proven experience in a nursery management or senior leadership position In-depth knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted inspection requirements Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A genuine passion for creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-related incentives Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Supportive leadership structure and collaborativ...
