A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join their team on a full-time, contract basis. This role offers a varied and rewarding timetable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Early Years who enjoys working across Nursery and is committed to supporting children during the crucial early stages of their education.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and creative Nursery lessons, aligned with the EYFS framework

  • Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils

  • Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

  • Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback where appropriate

  • Work collaboratively with Early Years colleagues and support staff

  • Contribute to staff meetings, professional development and wider school initiatives

  • Support the school's ethos, policies and safeguarding procedures


Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching within Nursery

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

  • Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • A genuine passion for Early Years education and supporting young learners
