We are looking for an experienced NVQ quality leader to take ownership of our Construction and Health & Safety provision, ensuring programmes meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and learner outcomes. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for overseeing Internal Quality Assurance, managing assessor performance, maintaining awarding body compliance and driving achievement across the full learner journey. You will play a critical role in ensuring the provision delivers excellent audit outcomes, strong achievement rates and sustainable commercial growth. What You'll Be Responsible For: Leading the quality and compliance of NVQ delivery across Construction and Health & Safety programmes Acting as the key contact for awarding organisations such as City & Guilds, NCFE, NOCN and ProQual Designing and implementing a robust IQA strategy including risk-based sampling and standardisation Leading External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits and maintaining full audit readiness Managing and developing a team of assessors and IQAs Driving improvements in learner progress, retention and timely achievement Monitoring delivery performance and producing data-led improvement plans Supporting curriculum development and commercial expansion What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who understands how high-quality NVQ provision shoul...
