We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join one of their London clinics. This is primarily a clinic-based role with occasional local travel to nearby client sites.

Role Overview:
You’ll work alongside a friendly, professional clinic team delivering a full range of occupational health services to a varied client base. Key responsibilities include:

Case management assessments and management referrals
Health surveillance: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS
Vaccinations in line with the Green Book
Drug and alcohol screening
DSE and workplace health assessments
Supporting wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives
Autonomous clinical decision-making and referrals
Managing vaccines, drugs, and medical stock safely
Maintaining accurate clinical records and GDPR compliance
Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staff
Participating in internal meetings and service improvement initiativesPerson Specification:

Registered Nurse (NMC) with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Health experience
Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations
Full, clean UK driving licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
