About the Role


As a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You’ll manage your own caseload while mentoring and supervising junior Occupational Therapists, helping them develop their skills and deliver the highest standard of care


Responsibilities


  • Lead and supervise Band 5 & 6 Occupational Therapists
  • Provide high-quality assessments and interventions for children aged 0–18
  • Deliver therapy focused on sensory integration, motor development, and functional skills
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Speech & Language Therapists and Psychologists
  • Support service development and contribute to clinical excellence

Location: London

Schedule: Monday–Friday (option for Tuesday–Saturday)

Hours: 09:30–18:00 (Saturday 09:00–16:00
