An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Office Administrator to join a busy, well-established company in the industrial sector. You’ll be at the heart of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting a professional, friendly team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being organised, keeping operations running efficiently, and providing excellent administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage incoming communications, acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and suppliers

* Maintain accurate records, databases, and office documentation

* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and provide general administrative support to the team

* Ensure the office operates efficiently, creating a welcoming and professional environment

* Assist with ad hoc office administration tasks as required

Key Skills

* Minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience

* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Full UK driving licence and ability to commute reliably to the site
