THE BUSINESS

Our client based in Heysham are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is a coordinating role with administration duties.


We’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator to become the backbone of a busy office. If you thrive on problem-solving and keeping operations running smoothly, this is your chance to join a market leader.



THE ROLE

  • As the Office Administrator, you’ll be more than just the person behind the desk – you’ll be the central hub that keeps everything moving.
  • Managing key communications with clients and suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate databases and records.
  • Scheduling meetings and ensuring the team is where they need to be.
  • Creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.


THE PERSON

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Confidence using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A sharp eye for detail and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • A valid UK driving licence and reliable commute to site.
