Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting:
We are looking for an Office Administrator with an engineering background for a permanent position in York.
Salary is £30,000 per annum.
This will be working 40 hours a week.
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am to 2:30pm
Primary Duties:
Office Administration Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the office. Documentation and Production Support Prepare detailed cutting lists and process documentation derived from engineering drawings, ensuring precision and compliance with technical standards. Procurement of Materials Manage the purchasing of materials required for operational and engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective procurement. Timesheet Processing Handle the accurate collection, review, and processing of staff timesheets to support payroll and operational reporting.In the first instance, send CV's to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering.
