I'm recruiting on behalf of a small, established business in the luxury sector who are looking to appoint an Office Coordinator to work closely with the Managing Director and a small team of engineers.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being within a varied role. There will be periods of lone working, so this position is best suited to someone who is confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

The role will involve:

Day-to-day office coordination and general administration

Scheduling and supporting a small engineering team

Basic finance administration using Xero (invoicing, tracking, admin support)

Managing emails, calls, documentation, and office organisation

Acting as a trusted point of support to the MD

This role is likely to suit someone who:

Has previous office or administrative experience in a small business or standalone role

Is naturally organised, reliable, and takes ownership of their work

Is comfortable with a calmer environment and occasional lone working

Has a positive attitude and a good sense of humour

Is confident using Microsoft Office (Xero experience is a strong advantage, not essential)
