Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager position based in London. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities include coordinating office procedures, managing office supplies and equipment, supporting customer service tasks, maintaining schedules, and ensuring effective communication across the team. The role also involves acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and providing logistical support for internal and external meetings.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration, including organizing schedules and maintaining office efficiency.
  • Familiarity with handling office equipment and managing office resources effectively.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic setting.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
  • Relevant experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
