Type: Hybrid (28 hour working week)

Monday (work from home) 09:30am - 15:00pm

Thursday (in office) 08:00am - 16:30pm)

Our London HQ is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for an Office Manager to keep it running smoothly while also supporting our wider international teams. This role is equal parts hands-on and strategic a trusted presence in the office and a reliable coordinator for all things workspace related.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for all office and building queries.
  • Own front-of-house responsibilities, including reception, mail handling, and greeting guests.
  • Maintain a high standard across all offices welcoming, well-stocked, and functional.
  • Liaise with building managers and external vendors to resolve maintenance and repair issues.
  • Coordinate business travel and logistics for employees and guests, ensuring smooth experiences.
  • Support remote and hybrid teams with hardware access, supplies, and office services.
  • Process expenses and assist with purchasing, reconciliations, and supplier invoices.
  • Help onboard and offboard employees, ensuring they have the tools and space they need.
  • Collaborate with People, Talent, Marketing, L&D, and Sales teams on operational needs.
  • Assist with internal meeting coordination, scheduling, and document prep.
  • Respond to shared inbox enquiries and resolve tech-related issues in partnership with IT support.
  • Lead relationships with vendors including cleaning, utilities, and security.
