Registered Manager – Children’s Home (Specialist Mental Health)

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist children’s residential service supporting young people with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the day-to-day management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations

* Deliver and maintain high-quality, person-centred care

* Drive strong inspection outcomes

* Recruit, manage and develop a high-performing team

* Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and risk management

* Build a positive, stable and outcome-focused environment for young people

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s home or a strong Deputy looking to step up.

* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks

* Experience supporting young people with:

* Mental health needs

* Emotional and behavioural challenges

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

* Confident leader with a track record of improving services
