Operations Quality Technician Cwmbran (Onsite) £31,800 DOE Are you an engineering or quality-focused professional looking to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment? A global aerospace interiors manufacturer is seeking an Operations Quality Technician to support production, inspect products, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer quality standards. This is a practical, shop-floor quality role, helping ensure products are built correctly, defects are prevented, and customers receive products that meet strict aerospace standards. You'll support inspections, audits, validations, and operator training, with the opportunity to act as a signatory for product release once fully trained. What you'll be doing Supporting the operations team and quality department to meet quality objectives. Measuring and verifying product quality throughout the manufacturing process, including FAI, end-of-line inspection, and dimensional checks. Conducting audits and on-the-job training in line with internal procedures, customer, and regulatory requirements. Supporting industrial validation processes and helping maintain standards.
