Operations Quality Engineer Cwmbran (Onsite) Up to £40,000 DOE Are you an experienced Aerospace Quality Engineer with a strong manufacturing focus? A global aerospace interiors manufacturer is seeking an Operations Quality Engineer to support production, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect product and flight safety across the manufacturing lifecycle. This is a hands-on operational quality role, working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure products are built, repaired, and released in line with customer, regulatory, and aerospace quality standards. You'll play a key role in driving quality performance, resolving issues, and supporting on-time delivery. What you'll be doing Acting as a key quality interface to operations, supporting manufacturing throughput while maintaining quality and compliance. Ensuring products meet customer, regulatory (EASA/CAA), and AS9100 requirements throughout manufacture and repair. Supporting product release activities, including Form 1 signatory responsibilities.
