As Operations Director, you will be responsible for operations across multiple business units, each with its own products and services and P&L. In this role, you will ensure that our operations run efficiently and consistently and drive growth in the business. With the team of business unit leaders and functional support service managers, you will focus on operational excellence, enable collaboration across teams, and ensure we continue to deliver high‑quality products and services as the organisation grows. Take ownership of the P&L for Trifork’s UK operation Report to the COO of Trifork Support business unit leaders in delivering effective, high‑quality software solutions for our customers Lead the adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement Direct operational planning and capacity management Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across business units Coordinate resource alignment across the teams Strengthen leadership capability and develop high‑performing teams

You will have solid commercial experience in the technology space. You are comfortable working across different operational models and technologies, and you enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex organisations.
