Location: London - Hybrid About The Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Director with solid commercial experience to lead operational performance across our UK and related EU business units. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for operations across multiple business units, each with its own products and services and P&L. In this role, you will ensure that our operations run efficiently and consistently and drive growth in the business. With the team of business unit leaders and functional support service managers, you will focus on operational excellence, enable collaboration across teams, and ensure we continue to deliver high‑quality products and services as the organisation grows. What You Will Do You will be responsible for improving performance, optimising processes, and ensuring that the organisation has the structures and systems in place to support growth. This includes strengthening operational governance and developing leadership capability. You Will
Take ownership of the P&L for Trifork’s UK operation Report to the COO of Trifork Support business unit leaders in delivering effective, high‑quality software solutions for our customers Lead the adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement Direct operational planning and capacity management Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across business units Coordinate resource alignment across the teams Strengthen leadership capability and develop high‑performing teams
What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with strong operational leadership experience, preferably in a distributed technology company. You will have solid commercial experience in the technology space. You are comfortable working across different operational models and technologies, and you enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex organisations. You can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery and are motivated by improving how organisations operate. You Will Likely Bring
Senior experience leading operations across multiple business units A track record of improving operational performance and efficiency Experience working for a software consultancy Strong understanding of complex technical environments and operational systems Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and support distributed teams The ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership A pragmatic, improvement‑focused approach to operational challenges
