Operations Manager | Solar PV

London - Hybrid Working

We’re hiring an experienced Solar Operations Manager to take ownership of the end‑to‑end delivery of solar PV projects across the UK.

This is a senior operational role for someone who thrives in delivery‑focused environments and can manage projects from early commercial agreement through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning operational delivery of solar PV projects from contract stage to completion
• Managing project programmes, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple sites
• Coordinating internal teams and subcontractor delivery partners
• Ensuring full compliance with H&S standards, CDM regulations, and industry best practice
• Acting as the escalation point for operational and client issues during delivery
• Tracking and reporting on delivery performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement
• Supporting the development of scalable operational processes as the solar portfolio grows

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience managing solar PV operations or large‑scale project delivery
• Strong track record delivering multiple projects concurrently across different locations
• Solid commercial awareness, including cost and budget control
• Experience working with subcontractor or partner delivery models
• Highly organised, solutions‑focused, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
