Are you an inspirational operational leader with a proven track record in driving performance, efficiency, and a strong people-focused culture? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a dynamic and well-established food manufacturer at their main site. You’ll bring at least 5 years’ senior operational management experience in manufacturing (food production), with a strong understanding of operational planning, people leadership, continuous improvement, and delivering against key business KPIs. A solid background in leading large teams, managing complex operations, and achieving high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency is essential. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior operations management role (ideally within food manufacturing). Proven experience managing large teams (200+ staff) and multiple operational functions. Strong knowledge of operational planning, labour and cost control, yield and waste management.
