Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Manchester. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the team, maintaining excellent service quality, ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing operational procedures, and collaborating with team members to implement strategic goals for the business. The position also involves maintaining compliance with safety standards and building strong relationships with guests and vendors.

• Experience in operational planning, organizational structure, and process optimization within the hospitality or related industries.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in hotel management or operations is preferred.
