This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional with strong operational foundations and a drive to grow into a senior leadership position.

  • Assist with production planning and scheduling to ensure orders are fulfilled reliably and on time.

Sales & Marketing Operations

  • Work alongside the digital marketing and sales teams to help drive both direct-to-consumer and wholesale sales performance, ensuring activity aligns with stock levels and production capacity.
  • Monitor sales volumes across DTC and wholesale channels, flagging trends and supporting the business in responding to shifts in demand.
  • Support the establishment of KPIs, performance frameworks, and remote working best practices to effectively manage and monitor a growing international digital marketing team operating across multiple time zones.

  • Help manage inventory, inbound and outbound logistics, and fulfilment operations to support a smooth DTC customer experience.
  • Maintain supplier and courier relationships and contribute to continuous improvement across the warehouse function

HR & Recruitment

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and act as a point of contact for day-to-day people matters.
  • Support employee performance processes and help maintain fair, consistent HR practices across the team.

ERP Systems Management

  • Help administer the ERP platform, supporting data accuracy, system integrity, and cross-departmental adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through the ERP and assist in training staff on system workflows.

Reporting

  • Provide the Business Owner with regular operational updates, tracking KPIs and progress across all departments.

Essential

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an operations, business management, or similar cross-functional role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to leverage technology to improve processes and workflows.
  • Demonstrable experience managing or coordinating multiple departments or functions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly master, ERP systems and digital business tools.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with a structured, process-driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working across all levels of a business.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to take ownership and drive results.
