We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Poole. This role will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations across production, logistics, and operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and delivery targets are consistently achieved.
This is a key leadership position within the business, ideal for someone with strong operational and people management experience within a manufacturing environment. The Role As Operations Manager, you will oversee the full operational function of the business, ensuring departments work collaboratively to deliver products efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will focus on improving processes, increasing productivity, and supporting the long-term growth of the business.
