Job Title: Operations Manager 

Location: Wimpole Street, London. Full-time, Office-Based   

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, with potential for one remote day per week post-probation   

Industry: Wellness and Longevity    

Salary: £50-60,000 depending on experience.

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day business operations as we scale. Based in London, you will report to the COO and work cross-functionally with teams across the UK, Europe, This role requires a self-starter with excellent project management skills, strong business acumen, a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get things done.  

  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee and optimise daily operations to support the business’s international expansion. 
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives. 
  • Collaborate with e-Commerce function, supply chain, product development, client services, and marketing to ensure operational excellence. 
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement scalable systems and processes. 
  • Support global logistics, including supplier coordination, inventory management, and fulfilment operations. 
  • Manage compliance with international operational standards and regulations. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting with a keen eye for continuous improvement. 

 

Key Requirements: 

  •  6- 7+ years of experience in an operations, project management, or similar role, ideally within a high-growth or wellness-related industry. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across global teams. 
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude. 
  • Familiarity with operations platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, NetSuite) and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards). 
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or international trade is a plus.
