£60-80,000 pa


About Our Client

They are a high-end fashion brand at an exciting stage of growth. Known for refined design, exceptional craftsmanship, and in-house design and production, they are scaling thoughtfully while maintaining the highest luxury standards. To support this next phase, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to build, structure, and lead our operational foundation as the business grows.


The Role

As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how the business scales. You will evolve the operational engine across design, development, production, and logistics, ensuring that creativity is supported by strong systems, clear processes, and disciplined execution.

In addition you will be involved in other business administration functions.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited by building structure without losing agility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Involved across end-to-end operations from design through production, delivery, and inventory management and general business administration
  • Work with stakeholders to build and optimize scalable processes across design, development, and production workflows
  • Translate creative vision into operationally viable commercial plans
  • Manage production timelines, capacity planning, and cost control as volumes grow
  • Establish and refine SOPs, quality control frameworks, and reporting systems
  • Develop and manage supplier and manufacturing partnerships to support scale
  • Oversee budgets, margins, and operational KPIs, identifying efficiencies and growth opportunities
  • Anticipate risks and operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions


Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in operations within fashion, apparel, or luxury goods
  • Deep understanding of the fashion industry and all of the stakeholders roles
  • Comfortable building processes from the ground up and improving existing ones
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of general business administration
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage complexity as the business grows
  • Strong communicator who can align creative, production, and commercial teams
  • Passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and building a lasting luxury brand
