Health Well Solutions is a specialist insurance brokerage focused on bespoke and specialised medical insurance solutions. We work closely with Health Span, our affiliated preventative health screening and Health Pathways service, to offer clients streamlined access to structured insurance advice and preventative care.
Our clients expect discretion, expertise, and responsiveness. We're growing fast - and this role sits at the centre of that growth.
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum + performance-related bonus
The Role
This is a hands-on operations role working directly with the Managing Director and senior advisers. You'll make sure client work moves efficiently from enquiry to placement, that nothing falls through the cracks, and that the business maintains the standards our clients expect as we scale.
It's an impact role in a small, fast-moving team - the kind of position where your contribution is visible and your work matters from day one.
What You'll Own
Client & Pipeline Operations
- Manage the client pipeline from initial enquiry through to policy placement, with clear ownership at every stage
- Coordinate with insurers, manage documentation, and maintain audit-ready records
- Support bookings and service delivery across our Health Span partnership where needed
- Uphold the standards of discretion and responsiveness our clients expect
Operational Control
- Keep task and workflow tracking visible and current across the business - nothing lost, everything progressing
- Maintain and follow core processes so the business operates consistently as it grows
- Support CRM data quality - flagging gaps, suggesting improvements, and keeping pipeline and renewal records accurate
- Spot bottlenecks early and raise them before they become problems
Working in a Regulated Environment
- Handle sensitive client data carefully and consistently, in line with internal guidelines
- Contribute to audit-ready records and internal logs that give leadership clear visibility
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in UK Private Medical Insurance, financial services, health-tech, or a regulated client service environment
- Proven ability to manage structured pipelines and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong operational discipline - you keep track of what matters without being asked twice
- Comfortable working in a small, growing business where pace is high and priorities can shift
- Confident with CRM systems and Excel; quick to pick up new tools
- Clear, professional communication - written and verbal
