CNC Recruitment are seeking a Packing Operative for our client in Ilminster – a global automotive company. Salary: £13.45 an hour Shift: Monday – Thursday 7am – 4pm Contract: Full Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: * Receive products for packaging and verify their condition. * Generate and print accurate labels for all products. * Perform ultrasonic inspection of parts when required. * Book products through the company ERP system. * Package and label products in line with company and customer specifications. * Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the work area. * Report any issues or concerns promptly to the Manager. * Work flexibly as part of the team, supporting and training colleagues as needed. * Rotate into the dispatch area to ensure external packing meets customer requirements. * Assist with storing products and replenishing stock in designated areas. What We’re Looking For: · Minimum GCSE (Grade C or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science. · Experience working to quality and customer standards. · Ability to consistently meet high standards. · Self-motivated and adaptable team player. · Ability to read and interpret batch cards accurately. · Working knowledge of computerised systems and ERP software
