THE ROLE

Searchability are recruiting for a Paid Social Account Manager to join a high-performing digital team, taking ownership of campaign strategy and performance across a portfolio of client accounts.

You will lead activation, optimisation and reporting across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and X, ensuring delivery against KPIs while acting as a trusted client advisor. You will also mentor Paid Social Executives, driving high standards across campaign delivery.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with genuine ownership and leadership responsibility.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Leading campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across paid social platforms
• Managing budgets, pacing and bid strategies to maximise ROI
• Conducting account audits and identifying performance opportunities
• Developing structured A/B testing frameworks
• Writing creative briefs and overseeing asset quality
• Acting as the day-to-day client contact
• Delivering clear, insight-led performance updates
• Supporting forecasts, roadmaps and tactical planning
• Line managing and developing Paid Social Executives
• Championing responsible AI usage within workflows
• Collaborating cross-channel with PPC, SEO, CRO and Data teams
