Part Time Accounts Assistant - 15 hours a week over 3 days

£27,000 p/a FTE - pro rata for 15 hours of work

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a classy, growing professional services firm based in the Birmingham city centre. Due to volume, they are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to support their resident accountant with all elements of transactional finance.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Day-to-day bookkeeping and processing a high volume of invoices General ledger and bank reconciliations Chasing PO numbers and matching on accountancy software Support with month-end and billing processes where necessary Ad-hoc chasing of debtors The person:

Vastly experienced in accounts and bookkeeping A strong working knowledge of SAGE and Excel Looking for part time work Ability to communicate professionally with internal colleagues Excellent attention to detail and a no job too small work ethic A fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant looking for something to keep them busy on 3 day a week basis in a really nice organisation.

Please note: full RTW in the UK is required, this role cannot accept candidates on a student VISAs
