Hours: 5 hours every Monday
Shifts: 6:30am-9:00am and 3:30pm-6:00pm

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional and friendly Minibus Driver to join our clients busy team on their school site. Working in a team of 4/5 your role involves ensuring students are transported safely to and from school, maintaining vehicle safety standards, and representing the School's values at all times. You will need a clean driving licence and you will be driving minibuses seating 16 passengers.
Your role:
Safely drive School minibuses and other school vehicles as required.

Transport students to and from school, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Carry out daily vehicle maintenance and safety checks to ensure roadworthiness.

Report any vehicle faults promptly to the Head of Estates.

Maintain accurate driving and vehicle records after each journey.

Keep the minibus clean and tidy, particularly at the end of each trip.

Ensure all passengers are aware of and comply with health and safety requirements (e.g., wearing seatbelts).

The person:
Clean full driving licence with D1 category endorsements (desirable).

Aged 21 or over (for insurance purposes).

Experience and understanding of minibus operation, maintenance, and safety checks.

Reliable, punctual, well presented and personable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, calm and professional approach to driving and working with students.

Understanding of safeguarding within an educational setting useful.

Proactive, enthusiastic team player.
