Minibus Driver (Part-Time, Term-Time Only)\n\nHours: 5 hours every Monday\n Shifts: 6:30am-9:00am and 3:30pm-6:00pm\n Start Date: As soon as possible\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking a reliable, professional and friendly Minibus Driver to join our clients busy team on their school site. Working in a team of 4/5 your role involves ensuring students are transported safely to and from school, maintaining vehicle safety standards, and representing the School's values at all times. You will need a clean driving licence and you will be driving minibuses seating 16 passengers.\n\nYour role:\n\nSafely drive School minibuses and other school vehicles as required.\n\nTransport students to and from school, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.\n\nCarry out daily vehicle maintenance and safety checks to ensure roadworthiness.\n\nReport any vehicle faults promptly to the Head of Estates.\n\nMaintain accurate driving and vehicle records after each journey.\n\nKeep the minibus clean and tidy, particularly at the end of each trip.\n\nEnsure all passengers are aware of and comply with health and safety requirements (e.g., wearing seatbelts).\n\nThe person:\n\nClean full driving licence with D1 category endorsements (desirable).\n\nAged 21 or over (for insurance purposes).\n\nExperience and understanding of minibus operation, maintenance, and safety checks.\n\nReliable, punctual, well presented and personable.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nFriendly, calm and professional approach to driving and working with students.\n\nUnderstanding of safeguarding within an educational setting useful.\n\nProactive, enthusiastic team player
