As a Patient services advisor, youll handle incoming and outgoing calls , manage the medication deliveries and update patient records accurately

Your focus will be to pr ovide clear, empathetic communication while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and NHS guidelines .

This role is fast-paced and requires strong listening skills , excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure . Youll work as part of a supportive contact centre team, helping patients navigate their care journey from first call to resolution.
