Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, in their search for a People and Culture Partner, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into a fantastic Head of People and Culture, the main purpose of this role is to support the business in driving the people strategy.

You’ll be the go-to partner for people managers and teams across the business, supporting everything from on-boarding new people to the team, employee relations, performance, wellbeing and inclusion as well as ensuring all admin tasks are kept up to date.

Some key accountabilities:

You will come with solid HR experience within a fast-paced environment.

You will be confident handling ER cases and providing advice on policies, conduct and performance.

You will be a collaborative HR professional with a passion for people and culture as well as having the emotional intelligence to truly listen, understand and support others.

You will also ideally come with at least a CIPD Level 5 qualification. A driving licence is also important as there will be some travel to other office locations.

Our client is offering a salary up to £40k (DOE), plus some fantastic benefits including 28 days holiday, plus BH and your birthday off, private medical insurance, free parking, bonus scheme plus more!

The position is based in Fareham, with 2 days a week working from home or wherever you work best.
