People Operations Team Leader Charity sector Location: London - hybrid working (3 days in the office) Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £40,000 A well-established, mission-led charity supporting children across London has an opening for a People Operations Team Leader, sitting at the heart of HR delivery and leading a small operational team while driving structure, consistency and improvement across HR processes, systems and data. This role will suit someone who enjoys joining the dots, asks why things are happening, and uses data and insight to improve the employee experience while being confident handling complex queries and escalations. You will play a key role during organisation's growth and system-improvement phase as it invests within its People function as it matures. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop 2 experienced HR Operations Administrators, providing day-to-day direction and first-line decision making Own and oversee the HR ticketing system, handling escalated queries and ensuring a high-quality, timely service Act as the key interface between HR Ops, HR Manager and wider People leadership Use data to identify trends in turnover, retention and recurring issues, translating insight into practical improvement Drive greater efficiency across manual HR processes, helping shape smarter workflows and better use of the HR system Support and advis...
