As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal care and practical support to individuals within their own homes, in accordance with care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory standards. The role includes:

• Deliver personal care and practical support to individuals in their own homes in line with agreed care plans and risk assessment.
• Assist with personal hygiene, continence care, dressing, and mobility support.
• Support with medication in accordance with policies, training, and competency requirement.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration needs.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and emotional wellbeing at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely care records and report any changes in needs or concerns.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
