Personal Injury Solicitor - Fully Remote

Our client is recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-4 years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis.

The role involves managing a mixed caseload of personal injury matters while supporting the team in achieving operational and business objectives.

The Role

You will provide high-quality legal services to clients, managing files from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring cases progress efficiently and client care remains exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations and triage new enquiries
• Advise clients on all aspects of personal injury matters
• Manage a varied caseload and ensure timely file progression
• Negotiate settlements aligned with client objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and networking to grow workflows
• Review and manage WIP, client funding, budgets, and fee earning targets
• Participate in team meetings and assist with debt collection as required
• Maintain well-organised, up-to-date files and ensure compliance with internal standards
• Use DPS and IT systems consistently for correspondence, record keeping, and follow-up actions

The Candidate

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-4 years PQE in personal injury
• Strong analytical, case management, and client care skills
• Confident negotiating settlements and managing high-value matters
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Comfortable working in a hybrid or fully remote environment
