Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: North Kent | Hybrid Working Considered
A leading law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with expertise in Personal Injury, ideally some Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Credit Hire litigation to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to a dynamic department.
The Role
You will:
- \n
- Handle a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and credit hire claims
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documents
- Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers and counsel
- Ensure compliance with legislation and procedural rules
- Provide commercially focused legal advice and robust representation
- Support junior team members when required
Key Requirements
- \n
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE
- Strong knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation
- Experience across Small, Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track cases
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills:
- \n
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
