Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor - up to £40,000 salary - Manchester

A superb opportunity has arisen to join an established Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

Due to continued growth within the firm’s Insurance Division, the Manchester Casualty Team is now seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of Defendant fast-track and multi-track matters, including Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and Disease claims.

This role offers the chance to develop in a supportive, collaborative environment while working to high professional standards and maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of insurance litigation, working closely with Associates, Senior Associates and Partners on complex matters, and building strong client relationships across insurers, public bodies and private sector organisations.

The Candidate

• Newly qualified solicitor or due to qualify as a solicitor soon
• Experience of Personal Injury claims is essential
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
