Personal Injury Solicitor - Hybrid/Manchester.


Harkaye Core Talent is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly reputable Manchester law firm as they seek an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor to join their expanding team.


This role is designed for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE+ who’s ready to step into greater responsibility and help drive the growth of a specialist department.


You’ll manage a high-quality mixed caseload of Personal Injury and Military claims, working with a varied caseload of often high value and complex claims.


The firm offers hybrid working as standard, giving you the flexibility to balance focused home working with the benefits of being part of a supportive office environment.


You’ll work closely with the firm’s directors, contributing to strategy, team development, and long-term planning. For the right person, this path leads towards heading the department.


What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ PQE in Personal Injury litigation
  • Experience handling your own caseload confidently
  • A proactive mindset and desire to influence how a team grows
  • Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach
