A mid-sized Accounting Practice located in Soho is recruiting for a Personal Tax Manager to join their Tax team.

You'd be joining a well structured team of 7 in Private Client where your focus will predominantly be OMB clients, in a mixed advisory and compliance capacity. The Firm operates a flexible working policy of 3 days per week in the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own portfolio of clients, managing WIP and billing
  • Being the main point of contact for your client list, HMRC and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance tasks are completed in timely manner
  • Actively support in business development and marketing initiatives
  • Deliver advice on a variety of Tax matters, working alongside Directors/Partner on more complex cases
  • Supervise junior colleagues in the team; reviewing work and performance, coaching and delivering training

Your experience:

  • ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified
  • Experience working with OMB clients
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with clients/colleagues
  • Reviewing work completed by junior colleagues
