A mid-sized Accounting Practice located in Soho is recruiting for a Personal Tax Manager to join their Tax team. You'd be joining a well structured team of 7 in Private Client where your focus will predominantly be OMB clients, in a mixed advisory and compliance capacity. The Firm operates a flexible working policy of 3 days per week in the office. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own portfolio of clients, managing WIP and billing Being the main point of contact for your client list, HMRC and other stakeholders Ensure compliance tasks are completed in timely manner Actively support in business development and marketing initiatives Deliver advice on a variety of Tax matters, working alongside Directors/Partner on more complex cases Supervise junior colleagues in the team; reviewing work and performance, coaching and delivering training Your experience: ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified Experience working with OMB clients Confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with clients/colleagues Reviewing work completed by junior colleagues
