We are recruiting a Planned Works Supervisor to join a well-established Social Housing provider in the East Midlands on a temporary to permanent basis going from a competitive hourly rate of £35-40 per hour to £42,000 annually!
As a Planned Works Supervisor , you will play a key role in delivering planned maintenance and improvement programmes across the organisations housing stock, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard while providing a positive experience for residents. Whats on offer:
Salary: Competitive hourly rate (temporary), with permanent opportunity available
Working pattern: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), site-based across East Midlands properties in the south region (Loughborough, Northampton etc.)
