We are recruiting a Planned Works Supervisor to join a well-established Social Housing provider in the East Midlands on a temporary to permanent basisgoing from a competitive hourly rate of £35-40 per hour to £42,000 annually! As a Planned Works Supervisor,you will play a key role in delivering planned maintenance and improvement programmes across the organisations housing stock, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard while providing a positive experience for residents.
