Where you'll be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within ourDemand management and network infrastructure team.We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What you'll be doing? Youll be part of our Operations Team, supporting administrative duties to keep day-to-day functions running smoothly while learning the role of a Supervisor.
Youll be working with managers and supervisors in the Plumbing department to boost productivity, compliance, safety, and overall performance.
Youll be engaging with the client and back-office teams to ensure seamless operational delivery, complete site audits, and maintain safe plant and equipment.
Youll be handling customer issues using the IMPACT protocol and responding to escalations within set timescales, ensuring compliance with Thames Water Smart Metering Asset Standards

What you'll bring? Experience for this role isnt necessary, we are looking for conscientious individuals who are willing to learn and progress through the company.
