A leading organisation in the Leeds area is seeking a PMO Assurance & Controls Manager to play a key role in shaping the controls, reporting and governance capability for a major long‑term capital investment programme. This is a senior position within a growing PMO function, offering the chance to influence project performance across a complex, multi‑stakeholder delivery landscape.\n\nIn this role, you'll lead the development and implementation of an integrated programme controls framework, ensuring that cost, schedule, risk and performance information is aligned, accurate and meaningful.
