Positive Behaviour Support Worker - £28,932.80 per annum (rising to £30,090.11 after successful completion of probation) - Croydon / South-East London Are you dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives? The Role We are looking for a committed and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Quo Vadis Trust in South-East London. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) where you will support adults facing mental health challenges, helping them engage in the recovery process and achieve their personal goals. Key Responsibilities * Manage and support a caseload of clients with various mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance misuse. * Develop and implement individual support plans with clear, achievable goals. * Work closely with clients to promote their recovery and independence. * Provide a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring the well-being of clients. * Assist clients with daily living tasks and help maintain their accommodation. * Complete client records accurately using our management system. * Work with external agencies and healthcare professionals to support clients. * Attend staff and client meetings, training, and development sessions. * Provide support to colleagues across our schemes when needed.
